Taste four Casa Barú rums paired with Kamm craft chocolates in Casco Viejo. Your host guides you through each pairing (aroma, sweetness, bitterness, fruit, spice and finish) and shows how rum and cacao change each other when tasted together. Along the way you learn how Casa Barú produces and blends its rums. The 50-minute session closes with a Casa Barú cocktail. Included: 4 guided Casa Barú rum tastings, 4 Kamm chocolate pairings, guided pairing by your host, closing Casa Barú cocktail. Hosted in English and Spanish. Ages 18+.
